Water that escapes around the capsule area may run through the front of the machine and appear underneath it. Check capsule position and whether coffee is flowing normally from the outlet.
Internal leak
If water clearly comes from inside the casing rather than the removable tank or tray, treat it as a service issue. Do not remove the rear cover or run the Pixie while internal electrical and hot-water components are exposed.
