If your Keurig coffee tastes watery, the brewer may be working normally—the cup can simply be too large for the amount of coffee in one pod. Start with brew ratio and pod choice before treating the machine as defective.
1. Use a smaller brew size
A K-Cup contains a fixed amount of coffee. Sending more water through the same pod produces a larger but generally weaker cup. Try the next smaller cup size and compare the taste.
2. Try a different pod
Light roasts and mild blends can taste thin when brewed at larger sizes. A fresher or darker-roasted pod may give more body. Check the package date and storage condition if a box has been open for a long time.
3. Use Strong mode when your model supports it
