1. Check the water supply

2. Move the brewer away from the wall
A brewer touching a backsplash, cabinet or loose tray can amplify ordinary vibration. Reposition it on a flat, stable surface and make sure the drip tray and reservoir are seated securely.
3. Run a water-only brew
Remove the pod and run a cleansing brew. If the loud noise happens only with a pod installed, inspect the pod holder and needles for coffee buildup.
4. Clean the needles
Coffee grounds can restrict the entrance or exit needle and change the sound of the pump as water flow becomes harder. Clean only the user-accessible needle openings using Keurig’s procedure.
5. Descale if flow is slow or uneven
Mineral buildup can increase pump strain and reduce flow. If the brewer has become noisier while also producing partial cups or slow water delivery, perform the correct descaling procedure for your model.
Sounds that justify stopping
Stop using the brewer if you hear metallic grinding, repeated heavy knocking, or a new loud buzz accompanied by no water movement, burning odor, overheating, or an electrical trip. Those symptoms are not routine pump noise.
